Step 1: Just stay active and move. Stay consistent ad this is the key. We often overcomplicate it… its so much better to move first and then worry about progressing. BABY STEPS! Step 2: Start with a structured routine! This will help you make progress and you really just need to focus on consistency first. Step 3: Learn how to create a routine that involves strength and movement exercises. 3-4 days a week is typically all you need when starting! Step 4: learn different variations so you can keep making progress. The key to unlocking more advanced movements like on my page is by slowly increasing the difficulty of each exercise. You can do this by changing the variation, changing the angle, doing single movements and or changing the tempo of the movement(slower or faster) Step 5: Builds off 4 just repeat the process. Over time you get stronger snd build more mobility through greater ROM.
