I’m sure this is relatable to many of you, including myself 🙋‍♀️ I watched this movie so many times growing up, but somewhere along the way between the dance lessons and people’s opinions, I became so robotic with the structure that I was taught, that I stopped dancing for a while because it didn’t feel natural or fun for me to do anymore. It’s sad, and unfortunately I’ve met so people who’ve experienced the same, who just stop dancing completely because of a negative experience. It’s also why I started this page. I’d love for the dance world to get back to the simple enjoyment of music, and allowing it to move you in your own way. The basic foundation is good to have, but don’t forget that we all hear and react to music differently, so embrace those differences and don’t shy away from what you feel, allow that to be expressed freely through your dancing❤️ #salsa #bachata #dance #latindance #salsadance

As we enter the last month of 2023, and the Holiday Season, let’s pray harder than we ever have before. For all the victims of war and genocide, for every life lost, for all the victims of human trafficking, for our innocent children, for every Business and every person impacted by layoffs, for all Nations and Political Leaders, for all Systems and Industries. May God turn it all around, and may He use what was intended for evil, for good. As dark as it may seem, remember that God is still in control and He is always with you. If you feel hopeless or helpless, pray, have faith, and trust that He has a perfect plan for you and your life. Don’t stop spreading love, don’t stop advocating for peace, and don’t stop praying.
