I’m sure this is relatable to many of you, including myself 🙋‍♀️ I watched this movie so many times growing up, but somewhere along the way between the dance lessons and people’s opinions, I became so robotic with the structure that I was taught, that I stopped dancing for a while because it didn’t feel natural or fun for me to do anymore. It’s sad, and unfortunately I’ve met so people who’ve experienced the same, who just stop dancing completely because of a negative experience. It’s also why I started this page. I’d love for the dance world to get back to the simple enjoyment of music, and allowing it to move you in your own way. The basic foundation is good to have, but don’t forget that we all hear and react to music differently, so embrace those differences and don’t shy away from what you feel, allow that to be expressed freely through your dancing❤️ #salsa #bachata #dance #latindance #salsadance
