We also are eating low sodium here so another win! 🙌🏼 HERES THE RECIPE: preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a baking tray, add cauliflower florets and make sure they are similar sizes. Drizzle with 3-4 tbsp of olive oil and add a taco seasoning packet. Mix together and spread evenly on the tray. Bake for 20 mins or until cauliflower is soft. Chicken Vodka Parm Sandwiches 😋 This hit the spot! Perfect dinner for summer and a total crowd pleaser. It only took me probably around 20 mins to make too. This would be great for a picnic or lunch as well. Here’s the recipe for you! RECIPE: slice two chicken breasts in half and pound thin. Season with salt and pepper. Coat in a thin amount of flour, then egg, then into some Italian breadcrumbs with Parmesan mixed in. Shallow fry in oil for 4-5 mins per side or until golden and 165 degrees internally. Slice your loaf of bread down the middle and top with your favorite sauce (marinara, vodka, or whatever you have). Add your chicken and mozzarella. Broil until bubbling. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of Italian seasoning and toss in your arugula. BEEF STROGANOFF 🫶🏼🥩💪🏼 I make this recipe in my sleep because it’s on rotation at my house. Even my toddler loves it. I tweaked it a little bit for this video because I didn’t have fresh mushrooms on hand and I used leftover meatballs but the recipe down below is my tried and true! 😋 RECIPE: Cook your fav pasta, look for one with over 8 grams of protein per serving. Sauté chopped mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add lean ground beef or turkey. Season with 1/2 tbsp onion powder, garlic powder and beef bouillon, 2 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. Add 1 can of fat free cream of mushroom, 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/2 of pasta water. But seriously, that sausage dip is my go to for game days. Do you have an NBA team you’re rooting for in the playoffs? 🏀 RECIPE: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place your spaghetti squash into the microwave for 3-4 mins then cut in half. Drizzle with oil and season. Place cut side down on a sheet tray and into the oven for 25 mins or tender. In a large skillet brown 1 lb of sausage (spicy or Italian) and drain the grease. Mix in 1 block of cream cheese and one can of Rotel with the juices. Shredded your spaghetti squash and top with the cream cheese mixture.
