Healthy Fruit Salad Jelly🤩 This is such a fun way to upgrade your regular fruit salad! Super easy and yummy!😋☀️ • Ingredients: 2 big oranges Fillings: 2 kiwis cut into cubes 1/2 mango cut into cubes 1/6 pineapple cut into cubes 4 strawberries cut into cubes 1/2 cup cold water (120 ml) 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice from the oranges used as the bowls (120 m) 1 1/2 teaspoons agar agar (or gelatine according to its package) • 1. Cut the oranges in half and carefully remove the flesh (be sure not to cut the peel) 2. Mix the fruit cubes together in a bowl. Place the fruits into the orange bowls 3. Put the water, orange juice and agar agar into a small pot and stir to combine. Then bring it to a boil over medium heat and then let it simmer for approximately five minutes. Let it cool down for a few minutes. Pour on top of the fruits 4. Let set in the fridge for about 1 hour (if using gelatine, setting time might be longer) 5.
