Full recipe below: INGREDIENTS: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound ground chicken 1 small onion, diced 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce Soy sauce, to taste Gochujang or sriracha (optional), to taste 8 ounces water Chesnuts, chopped Fresh green onion, chopped Butter lettuce, for serving Sesame seeds, for serving RECIPE: 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated, add the ground chicken to the pan. 2. Cook the chicken thoroughly until it is reduced and browned. 3. Then, incorporate the diced onion, sesame oil, finely chopped fresh ginger, freshly minced garlic, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce to your desired taste. 4. If desired, include Gochujang to add extra flavor. Stir the ingredients together to ensure even distribution. 5. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Once achieved, turn off the heat and carefully add 8 ounces of water to the mixture. Stir in the chopped chestnuts and fresh green onions. 6. After incorporating all the ingredients, serve the chicken filled and wrapped in fresh butter lettuce. 7. Store any leftover chicken it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat gently on the stove or microwave, and assemble with fresh lettuce leaves when ready to eat.

The Perfect Chocolate Fudge Frosting Recipe 🤩 This seven-ingredient recipe is @Lisa Thompson’s secret to the most delicious, fluffy buttercream frosting. Full recipe below! INGREDIENTS: 6 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, roughly chopped 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened 3 cups organic powdered sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 3 tablespoons cold heavy cream MELT THE CHOCOLATE: 1. Bring a few inches of water to a rapid simmer in a small pot over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and place a heatproof bowl overtop. Add chopped chocolate and let melt until completely smooth. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes. MAKE THE FROSTING: 1. Add softened butter to the bowl of an electric mixer (or a large mixing bowl if using a hand mixer) fitted with the paddle attachment. Sift organic powdered sugar and cocoa powder together over the butter. Add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir on low speed until all of the dry ingredients have been absorbed, then increase speed to medium (number 6 on a Kitchenaid) and beat for about 3 minutes, until fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. 2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the melted chocolate and beat on low speed until well incorporated. Add cold heavy cream and beat on medium speed until very fluffy. The mixture will be a light cocoa color and have the consistency of whipped cream. Taste and add more salt or vanilla extract, if desired. 3. You can make the chocolate fudge frosting about 3 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp softened butter 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped Pinch salt Pinch black pepper Pinch red pepper flakes 2 medium thick slices sourdough bread 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated 4 slices American cheese 2 slices deli ham 2 ounces fontina cheese, freshly grated 6-8 dill pickle coins, patted dry Mayonnaise Dill pickle potato chips RECIPE: 1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, dill, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to evenly mix. 2. On one of the slices of bread, spread on the butter mixture. Top that with the shredded sharp cheddar and 2 slices American cheese. Layer on the slices of ham. Evenly spread out the pickle coins, then sprinkle on the shredded fontina. Finish off with 2 more slices American cheese, then close the sandwich with the other piece of bread. 3. Heat a large pan on medium-low. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top of the sandwich, then place that side down onto the pan. Cook, using a sandwich press if you have, for 5-7 minutes. The bottom of the sandwich should be golden but not burnt. 4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top (other side) of the sandwich, then flip the sandwich and repeat cooking/pressing on this side. When both sides are golden and all the cheese is melted, remove from heat. 5. Open the sandwich and place in some of the dill pickle potato chips.
