Ingredients: - 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Unpeeled - 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise - 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard - Purple Food Coloring - Green Food Coloring - Salt & Pepper to Taste Directions: 1. Using the back of a spoon, crack the shells of the Hard Boiled Eggs. Do not remove the shell!! 2. Put the cracked eggs in a ziplock bag. Mix in 1 Cup of water with a generous squirt of Purple Food Coloring. Refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight for a stronger color. 3. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator and gently peel away the shells. 4. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. 5. Combine the egg yolks, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Green Food Coloring Salt & Pepper in a bowl. 6. Pipe the green yolk mixture into the egg whites.
