Sweet potato taco bowls 🍠🌮🥣 •sweet potatoes (1/2 - 1 per person) •ground meat of choice (I’ve done turkey, beef, chicken & bison & they are all delish) •taco seasoning •black beans, rinsed & grained •tomatoes •lettuce •any other toppings of choice Preheat oven to 425 F. Chop sweet potatoes into bite sized chunks, toss with avocado oil, salt & pep then cook on a lined baking sheet until desired doneness. Brown ground meat and season with taco seasoning.
