Let us know ❤️ TOMATO CREAM RIGATONI Ingredients: 250g Lori Ziti (Rigatoni-like) Pasta 2 tbsp Mazza Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 can Mazza Tomato Sauce with Basil 1/4 cup Gran Cucina Cooking Cream 1/4 cup bacon, lardon 1 tbsp chopped onion 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, plus 1 tbsp for garnish 5 basil leaves, chiffonade salt and pepper Steps: 1. Boil a large, salted pot of water for your pasta and cook it al dente according to package instructions. 2. Meanwhile (once the pasta starts to cook), over medium-high heat, pour in olive oil to a skillet. Add bacon and cook until slightly rendered. 3. Add in the onions and garlic. Stir until its nice and soft. 4. Add in the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Add in the cooking cream. Stir until it's nice and smooth. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes or until it's thickened to your liking (turn down the heat if needed). 6. Drain the rigatoni pasta and toss with the pasta sauce. 7.
