Since my grandma’s passing I’ve been fighting depression. At times I tried to ignore it but as the days, weeks, months went by it got worst. I knew at that moment I needed help from my wife, friends, family, and even colleagues. Through it all I’ve healed tremendously. I thank everyone for showing me that I mean more to the world than I thought. One smile can have a bunch of pain behind it. I never knew how many people do this on a daily until I saw my reflection. If your fighting depression call someone so they can listen. Let them know that you are fighting depression. No one will ever know what’s on the other side of your wall unless you break it down.
