I can’t be the only one right? Toxic traits of a creative perfectionist; never feeling like anything we ever do is good enough so we drive ourselves crazy in the process, going over all the worst case scenarios in our heads, so when we get positive feedback we don’t believe it and just shrug it off because we think we could have done better. 🙃 Personally, I’m working to rewrite my brain and fight against this toxic trait!
