What’s for dinner? Come cook with me! One Pot Cheeseburger Soup 🧀🍲 Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 2 tsp. dried oregano 2 tsp. dried thyme 6 tbsp. butter 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 2 celery sticks, chopped 2 tbsp. minced garlic 4 tbsp. flour 8 cups vegetable broth 1 box of elbow macaroni 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups of shredded cheese (add more or less, depending on how thick you want the soup) Salt & pepper Directions: 1. Cool ground beef with 1 tsp of oregano and 1 tsp of thyme. Remove from pot and set aside. 2. Add butter and vegetables to same pot, let cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add in mined garlic, oregano and thyme. Add in flour to coat veggies. 3. Add in broth, noodles and pepper to taste. Continue to cook until noodles are cooked all the way through. 4.
