A Daycent Morning

The morning of 6 months no alcohol The harsh reality about giving up alcohol is that I thought when I stopped my life would improve dramatically in an instant, that suddenly i’ll be happy and in a good mood everyday. Life doesn’t work like that, but what i have discovered that in all the work i’m putting in makes me way more prepared for when the days are not so good, i can face everything head on with my head held high and there is a lot to be said for that being a single father. Still a long road ahead but now for once i’m in love the journey. Still plenty more to come, this is just the start… #reel #motivation #life
