French toast baked oats 🍓🥞☁️ I meal prepped these for breakfast last week and it saved me so much time in the morning! You could also make this for your family or if you are hosting guests for an easy, healthy breakfast! Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1 1/2 cups milk of choice - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 cups oats - 2 servings protein powder (I use @promix vanilla whey protein) - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp cinnamon How to: - Preheat oven to 350F. - Add eggs, milk, maple syrup and vanilla to a bowl and whisk. - Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and stir well with a spatula. - Pour into a greased 8x8 inch dish and spread out evenly. - To make the topping combine 2 tbsp coconut sugar of brown sugar with 1 tbsp cinnamon.
