This was truly a labor of love that took 8 months 😅 due to the spray painting, house move, and LIFE that happened in between, but it was worth it. Under normal circumstances, this project would take 2-3 days 😅. I didn’t put that many plants inside, but the humidity hitting over 80% shows that I did a pretty good job with weatherstripping. I’m so excited because my other IKEA greenhouse cabinet (Baggebo) is STUFFED and many plants are starting to outgrow it. I know have so much more room to grow with this larger Rudsta. I made a comparison video awhile back comparing all of the IKEA glass cabinets that can be converted into greenhouses. I chose the Rudsta due to its modern lines and straight legs, but there are a lot of options at different price points you can pick from!
