Blue cheese, mushroom and sausage pasta 🧀 🍄 One of my favourite comforting winter meals • Ingredients: -3 portions of your favourite type of pasta -1 onions chopped -3 garlic cloves diced -2 sausages crushed -pack of mushrooms -sprig of thyme -2 tbsp cream cheese -2 tbsp of your favourite soft blue cheese -1 cup pasta water -salt and pepper to taste -Parmesan • Method: -first fry off sausage meat till crispy -remove and in the same pan, fry onion and garlic till softened then add mushrooms and thyme -cook until tender then add back in the sausage meat with the cream cheese and 1/2 the pasta water -add in pasta and the blue cheese, mix well -add more pasta water if needed and season - serve with some extra Parmesan #fyp #foryou #bluecheese #mushroompasta #winterrecipes #homemade
