Not a wild transformation but for me it is #weightloss #football #newyear In 2023 i lost football. Graduating abd losing my outlet to all of my sadness abd frustrations almost broke me. I gained back almost 40lbs and lost who i was. Luckily it wasnt enough to bring me down and i found my way back. Finding who i was without playing the sport i love. 2024 will be the year i get to where i want. Mo more exuses, no more pity, all work. Happy New Year. I appreciate all of you guys.
