I clearly have a fave side and pose 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 . . On a serious note… . 2023 was about rebuilding my relationship with myself in a lot of ways both mentally and physically. I had to take a huge step back from fitness and realize how much it truly meant to me; not only as a hobby, or as a career, but as self-care. . . I had to start to heal my obsession with perfection. For years I had been overtraining, lacking sleep, yoyo dieting, overthinking, lacking balance, discipline, and self-worth. . . But after a lot of work, time alone, and self-care… I am proud to say that I have rebuilt my relationship with training from the ground up — back and better ❤️ . . I look forward to 2024 being the year that it all comes full circle for me and my clients. . . Not only are we going to heal our bodies, but we are going to heal our spirit as well from the inside out! . . Thank you to all my supporters and people who have been so patient with me as I have taken this time to myself . I have not forgotten, nor have I turned my back on what ive built. I simply took a step back to heal so I can come back and be that coach and friend my people need — many of you have inspired me to make this choice in the first place. So again, thank you! .
