Last June, I had the police called on me because I wanted to 📴 myself. Last June, I ran away from everything & everyone because I didn’t know what else to do. Last June, I would be transported by police car to the hospital. Last June, I would hurt myself. Last June, I was at the lowest point in my life. Last June, I was lost. It’s been difficult; yes, it’s been better ever since, but still difficult. Before I chose to take my second uni semester off, I had no time to access therapy due to school taking up my time. That being said, it’s still getting better. It takes time, but time will heal. Obviously it’s still not perfect yet, but it’s still better and will continue to get better as time progresses. The only way to go from rock bottom is up. I’m about six months self-harm free now. Thank you to everyone who has stuck through with me throughout the last several months, it’s helped so much more than you could ever imagine. Love y’all ❤️
