Using this pressure cooker has definitely helped me cook savory home-cooked dishes in less than 1 hour during my busy schedule!🙌🏽 #redbeansandrice #homecooking #comfortfood #winterseason #easyrecepies Ingredients: 1 Lb Cajun style andouille sausage, thinly sliced 1 Lb Red beans , soaked for 24 hrs 4-5 Turkey necks or a smoked Turkey leg 3-4 celery ribs, diced petite 1/2 red bell pepper, diced(opt) 1 green bell pepper, diced 1/2 large white onion,diced 3 scallions, sliced 4 Tbsps, chopped parsley 2 large bay leaves 6 to 7 cups, turkey or chicken broth 2 Tbsp, butter 5 garlic cloves, minced Seasonings: 1 Tbsp adobo all-purpose seasoning 1 Tsp dried thyme 1 1/2 Tbsp, onion powder 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 Tsp Sazón seasoning 1 Tsp, chili powder 1 Tbsp creole seasoning 1/8 Tsp ground black pepper Tips: 1. mash up 2-3 cups of cooked beans for a thicker base. 2. Serve with white rice, corn bread or some May even eat fried fish with it as well. 3. Shred the smoked Turkey meat and add it back into the red beans. 4.
