You can also substitute as your real Sofrito, if you don’t have any or don’t feel like making them, it’s delicious and convenient! 🫑🍅🧄🧅🇵🇷 1. Marinate meat with all the spices listed on the ingredients hold onion. 2. Set your stove on high, add steak bring to boil. Then cover and reduce heat to medium/low don’t open let the heat and steam tender the meat, wait 35-40 minutes, then open. Check if tender. 3. If it’s still little tough, and it’s little dry add 1/4c-1/2c water cover additional 10-15 minutes it should be tender then. 4.
