Just another dinner with the fam. We made kimchi jjim (Braised kimchi with pork) which is one of our go to because it just warms your soul and super easy to make. Kimchi jjim is similar to kimchi jjigae but less broth and slightly different seasonings. Also, whole uncut kimchi is used and you tear the kimchi and wrap the meat and/or rice with it.
