Peppermint Pattys 🍫🌱 *Ingredients: - 1/2 cup melted coconut butter - 1/2 tsp peppermint extract - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp maple syrup (more if you want sweeter) - 1/4 cup melted chocolate *taste before pouring, depending on preference you may want more peppermint, or vanilla, or sweet etc!!!! Recipe: 1. Melt down coconut butter over heat 2. Transfer to a bowl and whisk with vanilla, peppermint and maple 3. Try the batter to make sure you like flavor, add less or more of what you want 4. Add a tbsp or 1/2 tbsp of the mixture (depending on thickness) into separate molds 5. Place in freezer to harden 6. Once hardened (about 30 mins to an hour) begin to melt chocolate in double boiler 7. Remove coconut butter mixture from molds and dip in melted chocolate 8. Place back in freezer to let chocolate harden 9. ENJOY!!!!!

sunday series: in&out at home 🍔🍟 ingredients: - grass fed beef - raw cheddar cheese - romaine or iceberg - heirloom tomato - pepperocinis - pickles - special sauce: ketchup, mayo, relish - **crispy french fries - sourdough burger buns* *used a recipe from Little Spoon Farm **French Fries: 1. Clean and then cut russet potato into thin fry shape 2. Soak in ice bath for 15 minutes 3. Strain, rinse and dry 4. Toss with olive oil and salt 5. Air fry at 400 degrees for ~15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, tossing them halfway (make sure they are evenly spread out)
