GREAT BEAR is a fun layout, it starts with a nice scenic spin over THE HOLLOW inside Hersheypark. Then throws a bunch of Positive G’s at you, and ends with a high speed rail over the river and a snappy corkscrew with an awesome entry. Who needs inversions to be intense and terrifying? FLY FIRST CLASS this season with new seats! @Hersheypark I don’t know if there’s another ride out there that gives such a different feeling from POV video vs. actual on-ride. Skyrush is intense, ‘scary, but in a good way.’ How they built a coaster 200’ tall in this small area is unreasonable, and maybe that’s why we have the ridiculous layout we do.
