Happy Friday! Stretching is something I’ve loved to do since I was young. I’ve decided to step back into it to provide a space for me to not only work on my flexibility and mobility but to allow more personal time. I also recognized I need to become less reliant on a screen and spend more time with my own organic thoughts (even if it is only an extra 15 minutes a day). I’m not too sure if this is something I’ll consistently share but it is definitely something I’ve been enjoying these past months and plan to continue enjoying!💞 #morningyoga #yoga #stretches #morningroutine
