If you love the Wagamama’s bang bang cauliflower, this tastes identical!! Macros 240 calories 9gP / 2gF / 50gC Serves: 1 Shopping list ✍️ - 300g cauliflower florets - Salt & pepper - 1/2 tsp garlic granules - 1 tsp paprika - 20g cornflour - Low calorie spray - 1 spring onion, sliced Optional: sesame seeds Sauce: 1 tsp siracha, 2 tbsp sweet chilli, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp soy sauce, squeeze of lemon juice & 1 tbsp water. Method Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Spray the cauliflower florets with low calorie spray, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic granules and rub in. Coat with the cornflour and spray well. Air fry on 200C for 6-8 mins (depending on the size of the florets!). Cook for longer if they’re bigger.
