Slice onions and put whatever else you want a jar! I add a jalapeno and peppercorns. Heat 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tbsp of salt in 2 cups of water and 2 cups of white vinegar until dissolved. Let cool a little, pour over and put in fridge for at least a few hours!
