🍉🍉🍉 My heart has been hurting for the past few months. But I choose to talk about Palestine and will continue to be loud about it because being a voice is better than being silent. The amount of atrocities and darkness I’ve seen behind this screen every single day has changed my perception of the world and has tested my faith in humanity. And I can’t even begin to imagine the mass destruction of land and life, and the irreversible, psychological damage this has brought to those living in it. We are 4 months in on severe bombardment, 16 years of blockade and 75 years of occupation on innocents who want an end to this terror and oppression. May we advocate for those who call for help and may we all make their voices heard until they are free. To the people of Palestine. Sudan. Congo. Haiti. Syria. Ethiopia. Yemen. Iran. Tigray. East Turkestan. Afghanistan. West Paupa. The people who are houseless or in broken homes in This county. And to the people of nations and communities who have not had their voices heard yet… I pray that we will all learn to differentiate between a people and their government.. a people and their beliefs..A people and their color. I pray that we are only silent when children are sleeping, not when they are hurting. And I hope that freedom will come to those who are fighting for their peace, for calmness, for their homes, for comfort, for their families, for food, for happiness, for justness, for education, for their culture, for their lives, and for humanity. May we have Peace for all in 2024 to forever.
