Replying to @customsbyjenebik Didn't have a lot of problems or print errors with my printer for the last 2 years until recently 😩 Here's a storytime of my struggles with printer maintenance just last month 💔 Got white lines / bands on my prints and could not solve it with headcleaning. Also got the end of service life error which I tried to fix on my own. I tried my best to solve these issues with the help of my fellow crafters on IG and the technicians I've talked to, but I think it's time to invest on a new printer now 😿 It's heartbreaking to have to repurchase a very important asset for the shop. but this is all a part of business! And at least we get to learn more from experience again. As of now, printing services and shop updates are temporarily closed.
