Birria Taquitos 😋 Recipe Season untrimmed tri-tip Deseed chillies; x7 arbol, x5 pasilla, x3 ancho Sear meat then set to the side Saute 1 diced white onion, 2 quartered roma tomatoes, a LOT of peeled garlic, dried chillies Add 2 cups water (enough to lightly cover the chillies) Simmer few mins cut heat then let it sit for 10 minutes to let the chilies steep Blend it all together In same pot fry the blended sauce (be ready with a lid it will get messy) Add in the meat and add water till meat is covered Let that boil 3+ hours till tender Skim top for the oil and remove and shred the meat Make taquitos meat, cheese, anything else you want Bake 400 till crispy (20+ mins) #birria #cooking
