I’ll be honest- postpartum has kicked my ass. I’m 17 months in and still don’t feel like myself. I still deal with anxiety and depression. Somedays feel unmanageable, but then there are moments like this I am overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude. This is the life I used to dream of. This is the sweet baby I spent so long praying so hard for. Struggling and being grateful can coexist and that’s something I personally need to realize. I just want you to know, if you are struggling. You are not alone. Tag a friend who has helped you through- I want to show how not alone we all are.
