STORYTIME: HAIR DISCRIMINATION AT SCHOOLS IN AMERICA So my daughter has been discriminated against from her teacher. Her decided to refer to people of color as “your kind” & “your people” to my teenage dayghter. My daugbter tried to educate her on how rude and disrespectful & foul her mind and mouth is but it went over her head! I am not giving up on my daughter nor this situation but its giving the R word! The audacity this lady has and shes a teacher! THIS IS DISGUSTING! I guess she didnt see anything wrong with what she said because we NEVER received an apology nor did she contact me about it to take responsibility. She singled my daughter out because she wears her natural, textirized, course, curly hair in a fro everyday!
