I'm sure no one would have expected a fashion influencer to be invited to a debate show on Canadian books and reading, but that's one of the most appealing reasons why I accepted the opportunity to go on Canada Reads. I'm at a transition point in my career where I love challenging myself as well as the image people may have of me, to share the many other interests and talents I possess. That's why I've been so quiet lately.
