Here is a quick and flavorful curry-ish dish that is so easy to make that it will be on you weekly dinner rotation. I hope you try it! #dinner #recipe #curry @Made In Cookware Creamy Madras Chicken 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (can also use tofu or chickpeas) 2tbsp cream cheese 1/2-3/4 cup milk Golden Curry Golden Madras - cut 1 1/2lbs of chicken thighs into bite size pieces - add a diced small onion + golden curry seasoning - add oil to a hot skillet followed by the chicken - spread it out into a single layer and leave untouched for a couple minutes - as it cooks season the top side with more golden curry and good pinch of salt - toss the chicken until golden brown and almost cooked through then remove from the pan - add a few spoonfull of Spicemode to the skillet followed by the cream cheese - once combined add about a half couple of milk, stir until smooth - add the chicken back to the pan - lower heat and simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is resuced. Enjoy!
