A local nine-month-old baby girl is fighting in the hospital after getting third degree burns at her daycare. Addison Starnes' family said she will have to get several surgeries in the coming weeks and a long road to recovery ahead. It all happened here at the Concord Children's Academy, the morning of February 28. "It's just awful. Like no one should have to go through that that's every parent's worst nightmare," said Tiffany Phillips, a former employee and child care worker.
