Thinly slice 2 lbs of potatoes and 1 onion, then layer into stacks and lay into a greased baking dish. 2. Melt 3 tbsp of butter and cook 3 tbsp of flour over low heat for 2-3 mins while stirring or whisking constantly. Pour in 2 cups of milk and season with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp mustard powder. Whisk constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbling. 3. Turn off heat and add in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup of shredded Gouda. Stir until fully melted. 4. Pour sauce over potatoes and cover with greased foil before baking for 1 hour. 5. Combine 1.5 cups flour, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and in a seperate bowl whisk 2 eggs and a cup of milk. 3. Dunk chicken in the egg mix then the flour mix, then repeat once more. 4. Fry in 1-2 inches oil until golden brown. 5.
