Stop stretching passiveley before you lift, its a waste of time & you van injure yourself. There is plently of evidence/research out there that proves that dynamic stretching/movement before you train should be prioritized over passive stretching. IMO stretching is BS & is the biggest waste of time on the planet #stretching #gymroutine #mobility #mobilitytraining #squats
