This is Friday, 3/8th after she was supposed to come over and bring the corrected lease. I asked her.. due to so many discrepancies in the lease, the home not being ready for move in, & the mold .. could we just not sign a new lease and sign something stating the current one is terminated. She didnt agree & left, then started texting saying that I was trespassing bc per the lease it doesnt start until Monday. Thats when i looked at the lease again and noticed she still ddnt change my move in date to Friday, 3/8. She then called 911 to say i was trespassing! Luckily, i had proof showing she gave me access. Alledgely, After she wasnt happy with the results, her & her husband ganged up with the Chief of Marshals accompanied by another marshal and used their authority to unlawfully harrass, search, evict, & handcuff me. The marshals had absolutely nothing to do with this until court ordered from a judge.
