Happy Endometriosis Awareness Month!🙃😅 Here are 5 things that have been life changing in helping with my period pain (note: this is not medical advice, im just sharing what’s worked for me): 1. Heating pads!! I personally am a big fan of @Warmies because theyre extra cute🥰 2. Acupuncture!! Soo much research has shown that acupuncture can help with even extreme cases of endo related period pain (and its surprisingly amazing and relaxing!) 3. Exercise between cycles!! Not sure why it works, but in the months when i exercise regularly (particularly cardio) I feel so much better on my period. 4. CRAMP CREAM. My goodness i love cramp cream. It has been such a life saver in taking the edge off the really horrible days, and totally soothing the discomfort on days with mild pain. (@Somedays | Period Pain Relief I love you🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼) 5. Self hypnosis!! This has been the number 1 factor that has changed my entire life and ability to get through my periods feeling okay. Because it helped me so much, I created a guided recorded version of the practice that I do for myself personally, and put it on my Hypnosis app Doddle so you can use it too!
