HEALTHY FRENCH FRIES 🍟😋 These fries are SO crispy and delicious, you won’t even know that they are healthier for you! We have been having these as our dinner side multiple times a week, they are sooo good and easy to make! You can adjust the recipe depending on how many people you want to feed - just lightly coat the fries in olive oil and add a big pinch of salt and they turn out perfect! Ingredients: - 4 russet potatoes - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp sea salt How to: - Wash and dry the potatoes. - Slice into even fry shapes about 1/2 inch thick. - Add to a big bowl of ice water and let soak for about 10 minutes, then rinse under cold water until the water runs clear. This removes the starch and makes the fries so much crispier! - Pat the fries completely dry with a clean towel. - Add to a bowl and toss in olive oil and sea salt. - Add to your air fryer and air fry at 400F for 25-30 minutes, shaking every 5-10 minutes until they are deep golden and crispy. - TIP: If you want to make a lot of fries but don’t want to overcrowd your air fryer, air fry half of them, then set aside on a plate and air fry the other half.
