Healthy Peanut Butter & Jam Bowl with Chocolate Magic Shell🤩 This is such a fun and yummy snack idea😋 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • For the strawberry chia jam (this makes about 3 servings) 1 cup / 6 oz. thawed frozen strawberries (240 ml / 170 g) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey • 3/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (180 ml / about 200g) 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 1 piece of 80% dark chocolate optional: 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil handful of crushed peanuts • 1. Mash the strawberries. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir. Let set in the fridge for one hour 2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil 3. Build the bowl: add the yogurt to the bottom, then some of the jam, the peanut butter, the chocolate and the crushed nuts 4.
