Replying to @LESAMIES Why this pillow? 🤔 At the time I was doing Tai Chi and reading more on health and wellbeing and I saw that wooden blocks with grooves were used as pillows for many health reasons. This is a softer modified curve pillow but with a similar concept. As a side sleeper it stopped me rolling on my side and reduced chest wrinkling and typical pillow lines. F.Y.I it takes some getting used to. The first couple of nights feel awkward but I’ve had some of my most sound sleep with it.
