AIR FRYER BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS! My favorite way to meal prep chicken for the week! Ingredients 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins 2 eggs 1 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce 1/2 cup flour 1 cup corn flake breadcrumbs (corn flakes ground into breadcrumbs) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt Ranch dip 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp ranch seasoning packet 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk Instructions: 1. Add eggs and 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce to a bowl and whisk. 2. To a separate bowl add flour onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix. Blend cornflakes in a food processor or blender until you get a bread crumb like texture, add to a bowl. 3. Dip chicken tenders in flour, then egg/buffalo mixture, then breadcrumbs. Spray each side with olive oil cooking spray. Continue until all chicken is coated. 4. Add chicken to air fryer basket or tray and cook at 400F on each side for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. 5.whisk together ranch dip ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Adding more almond milk off too thick 6. In a separate bowl add remaining buffalo wing sauce and dip chicken tenders in it on each side until coated.
