While making it for an Easter dinner, I was in a hurry and got careless and sliced open the tip of my finger. It took 1 1/2 hours and 4 stitches to fix my my finger!! I now wear the pink Kevlar gloves while chopping spinach. I put the recipe away and forgot about it until I was making this menu.
