Week 21 Post shoulder Surgery. Honestly this is a huge huge achievement being able to do all these swings and weighted pull ups. Being only allowed to start moving and using any weight on my shoulder wk 12 onward, it has only been 2 mths since I can work out. I am doing so well. All these play, it’s so much effort.
