Consistency is KEY 🔑 In August 2023 I got back into sumo dumbell squats for the first time since I started lifting in 2017/2018. During the beginning stages of my fitness journey I was sumo squatting and sumo deadlifting every leg day but I started pulling more conventional and eventually never did any sumo variation. I decided last August I wanted to throw them in my workouts again and to my surprise I was very weak and needed to practice the movement a lot, I felt like a newbie! I stuck at them and now 7 months later I’m way stronger and my form is way better!
