We're lawyers—stereotypically, a lawyer is the photo next to the word "untrustworthy" in the dictionary. That's why it was so important for us to have Sam here to educate us and act as an initial liaison between us and inquiring clients. Getting support and legal help is scary and we need to be sure we're doing right by the victims who trust us. Sam's job here is to talk to victims who reach out to our help hotline and help them understand the legal process, their right to privacy and the measures we take to protect it, and to connect with these victims so they know they are safe and in good hands.
