Challenge! Right handed 4yo golfer Jordan figuring out how he plans on using the lefty club to get the ball in the hoop! This was 1 of 5 golfing puzzles I gave the children this week on the range. What can we learn from this? Children are amazing at figuring stuff out by themselves. I did not prompt how to stand or play, just let him explore the task! Create the right environment and children can learn everything they need! I’ve taught some children for a decade or more and given very little ‘direct’ technical instruction. Instead we use alternative learning methods which leads them to find the answers themselves which in turn, makes them learn & understand it better, helps them to take ownership of their own game and gives them a far more enjoyable experience. #juniorgolf #golftips #golflife #golfing #golfcoach #golflessons #golf #drivingrange @The PGA
