I concocted this smoothie recipe a decade ago. My cells love I have tons of energy, and feel great. It’s sugar free, smooth and creamy with a mild taste. No added sugats of any kind. Give it a try! Ingredients: 2 handfuls of salad greens. (Kale, spinach are great too.) 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup water and a few ice cubes. 1 tsp. ground flax seeds. 1 scoop collegian peptides. 1 scoop whey protein isolate powder of veggie protein powder. A dash of cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract. Blend for 30 seconds in a Ninja or Nutri Bullet type of blender. Enjoy!
