THEY CAN’T HEAR YOU AND THEY DON’T WANT TO HEAR YOU. Upset people are dialed into their problem and can’t hear, nor do they want to hear all your suggestions, advice, comments.   Just say “I’m so sorry”. Then repeat it: “I’m so sorry.” If appropriate ask “What can I do to help?” THEN ZIP IT. Just be quiet and listen, listen, listen. I’M DONE living in a negative mindset, criticizing and blaming others. I’M DONE being a working mom trying to “do it all”. I’M DONE comparing myself to others and feeling less than.
